Credit Claims

The Consumer Credit Act 1974 was brought about to protect UK consumers, however the terms that allowed the consumer protection were not clear and the result was that for decades the credit industry was allowed free reign with little resistance or challenge from consumers.

These unclear terms of protection have now been changed as a result of the Consumer Credit Act 2006 which makes it clear that consumers can challenge a Credit Agreement if it is unfair. If your Credit Agreement is unfair and unenforceable, we can act on your behalf to have the debt written off and will handle the whole process for you including taking your creditors to Court if needed.
